EuroTech acted as an independent expert in the arbitration proceedings between the refinery and a company with which it contracted to build a new reforming unit.
We prepared a number of expert’s reports assessing how the project was executed, contractually, technically and financially, and the degree of completion of the engineering design, and appeared as expert witnesses in the arbitration proceedings.
