YUKOS Oil Corporation, Russia

  EuroTech prepared an expert’s report evaluating the current operation of YUKOS’s three refineries and providing recommendations as to how they should be developed based on projected market demands.

These refineries have had all the facilities for refining about 40 million t/y of crude oil or gas condensate. Russia’s Central Region, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Internal Affairs and other organizations are supplied by the fuel from these enterprises.
