East European Refinery
EuroTech has been indirectly engaged by the German government to evaluate certain aspects of a large East European refinery project in which they may participate.
This work involves a complete process review, investment cost analysis including site erection and subsequent financial modelling which is capable of adaptation to evaluate certain “what if” options.
These financial analyses are in a form which is suitable for presentation to any bank or financial institution which may wish to participate in the project.
